Function:
The panels are loaded by the operator with the aid of a transport clamp. The transport system transfers the board into the spray chamber. The automatic door closes and the spray guns starts to coat the panel from both sides by moving the spray guns up and down. The panel is moved past the spray guns with a pre-set speed of about 20”/ min. (500 mm / min.). After both sides are fully coated the automatic door opens and the panel returns to the Loading / Unloading zone. The operator then picks up the panel and put it into a rack ready for the drying oven.
Control System
Siemens PLC S7/1200 with Siemens Touch Screen Control Panel. Easy to program and store all necessary production parameters. In manual mode, each single movement can be performed for maintenance and control reasons. Alarms with alarm description will be given in the case of a malfunction.
